Responsibilities:

* Support Laboratory Supervisor in day to day laboratory quality control activities/testing especially in Rubber and Polyurethane material testing
* Record all Quality control related information/data and update the data base.
* Support Lab Supervisor / Lab Manager in conducting laboratory study/trial
* Coordinate with Rubber/Polyurethane cover department for quality control sample preparation
* Support Laboratory supervisor/Manager in preparing data for laboratory technical report
* Supporting monthly inventory check for Polyurethane and Rubber raw materials

Receptionist

The responsible duties as follows :

* Provide Professional and courteous reception and telephone services to both internal and external customers
* Receive all visitor professionally
* Ensure tidiness & cleanliness of the receptionist area and meeting room
* Maintain and update the meeting room schedule.
* Courier Services arrangement and record keeping
* Other Admin duties as and when required

The requirement for receptionist as follows :

* Female, age 23 – 30 years old
* Min, Diploma degree
* Fluently in English
* Experienced in receptionist related duties
* Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Pleasant disposition with excellent telephone etiquette
* Required knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
* Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Willing to be placed in Karawang
